Luman International is recruiting talented professionals for speaking, teaching, and consulting roles in our fast-growing company. We are an organization passionate about making a difference, and we expect the same of all recruits. Ideal candidates are experts in organization design, cultural development, strategy, executive development & coaching, human resources, business, or other related fields. Although we require expertise and credentials, we also expect candidates to embrace Luman’s principles.

Luman utilizes professionals from many different backgrounds, including entrepreneurial, academic, not-for-profit, and business. Although not always required, we prefer candidates with a Master’s or Doctorate in business, organization design, human resources, etc. Senior consulting positions require at least 10 years of business or academic experience. Comparable combinations of experience and education will also be considered.

Current openings for independent contractor positions include Senior Consultants, Course Instructors, and Facilitators. We also keep a file of candidates who are experts in Instructional Design, Research Methods, Statistics, and Strategic Planning.
